🔍 AI Disclosures

At Audience Insiders, we believe in building trust through transparency — especially as artificial intelligence becomes a larger part of how content is created, delivered, and experienced.

🤖 Where We Use AI

AI tools, including ChatGPT and related generative models, are used to support — not replace — our editorial and strategic thinking.

  • Brainstorming ideas, outlines, and structure for blog posts, whitepapers, or reports
  • Drafting initial versions of posts or graphics that are then heavily edited and reviewed by a human
  • Cleaning up transcripts, summarizing meetings, or organizing research
  • Formatting for platforms like Ghost markdown, or presentation tools
  • Testing audience engagement (e.g., subject lines, CTA copy)

In short: AI helps us move faster. But everything you read is human-approved.

🧠 What’s Always Human

The following work is always created and/or reviewed by a human — usually Tony himself:

  • All final content strategy and editorial decisions
  • Opinions, recommendations, and insight shared in blog posts and newsletters
  • Relationship-driven communication (emails, comments, community interactions)

We don’t use AI to:

  • Fabricate data or quotes
  • Simulate interviews or anonymize voices without disclosure
  • Mass-produce “filler content” or SEO clickbait
  • Generate entire posts without human refinement and input

If something reads like it was written by a machine, that’s our failure — not the AI’s.

📌 Why We Disclose This

AI tools are changing the media landscape — and that includes audience development, editorial workflows, and marketing operations. As a company that serves professionals in these spaces, we think it’s important to walk the talk.

We’re not anti-AI. But we are pro-transparency, pro-voice, and pro-quality.
