I’m Tony, and I launched Audience Insiders because I wanted to do more than just talk strategy — I wanted to stay in the trenches, work alongside other operators, and build what’s next together.

For the past 20 years, I’ve helped media companies grow their audiences, monetize their data, and bring new products to life. But too often, those efforts stop at the planning phase. We whiteboard ideas, outline bold visions… and then move on.

Audience Insiders is my answer to that.
It’s where I get to roll up my sleeves by testing strategies in real time, sharing what works (and what doesn’t), and creating a community of people who care deeply about the craft of audience development.
